We translate design information into a controlled stone package. Tablas are reviewed for character and yield, pieces are mapped around vein direction and joints, and shop drawings give every component a clear identity.

Fabrication, dry-lay & QC
Cutting, profiling, finish, dimensions, bookcoincidenciaing and dry-lay arrangements are checked against the approved standard.

Sequenced packing
Pieces are protected, labelled by room, elevation or zone, photographed and crated in a practical installation sequence.

Worldwide, deadline-led logistics
Road, sea or air freight is planned around customs, access and opening dates, with fly-over or site coordination when required.

Planning for the opening date, not simply the dispatch date.
Compressed commercial programmes need visible decisions and early escalation. We work backwards from installation, allowing for approvals, fabrication, inspection, packing, customs and final-mile access.
When timing demands it, we can coordinate split shipments, priority pieces, air freight and in-person factory or site attendance—always with the same numbered information connecting drawings, crates and the finished space.
